N.H.P.J. Consulting Group, is a training & development, consulting
and advisory firm located in Greenbelt, Maryland. Establish on
November 10, 1998, we offer a variety of services to customers
in the Private Sector, Local and State Government.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to consulting with
corporate or government clients to assess and provide solutions
for dealing with conflict, traumatic, and stressful situations.
Works with leadership to develop and implement strategies for
treating traumatized clients and resolving internal conflicts
in the workplace.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, have education
and experience in counseling, conflict resolution, and possesses
a keen interest of gifting in the Helps ministry. Must have leadership
skills and experience, be well-organized, detail oriented, and
bring positive energy to a project and the workplace. The candidate
must be able to work with a diverse group of people. The candidate
must have at least one (1) year experience in Counseling or related
areas. Must have at least a Bachelor's degree and be Certified
in a relevant field of study. Some travel is expected.
