Corporate FAQs
Q. When was company founded?
A. Our company was founded on November 10, 1998. We organized
under the laws of the State of Maryland and the Internal Revenue
Service in June 2000. Our services are provided under the NHPJ
Consulting Group and our training courses are provided under the
Business & Community Empowerment Institute.
Q. Where is the corporate headquarters?
A. Our corporate headquarters are located in Greenbelt, Maryland.
Q. How many people does the company employ?
A. The growth of the company has allowed us to regularly hire
new employees. We have not reached the ceiling for the number
of persons we want to hire.
Q: Do you have a Board of Directors?
A: Yes. There are three member of the Board of Directors. The
CEO attends the Board Meetings as the fourth member.
Q: What is the role of the Board of Directors?
A: The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the company
is effective and efficient in its operations. The Board ensures
that the set of processes, customs, policies, laws and institutions
affecting the way a corporation is directed, administered or controlled
are implemented and operating as intended. The Board addresses
the matters of accountability, fiduciary duty, mechanisms of auditing
and control, economic efficiency, and information disclosure.
The Board spells out the rules and procedures for making decisions
on corporate affairs and provides the structure through which
the company objectives are set, as well as the means of attaining
and monitoring the performance of those objectives.

Q: I'm concerned about identity theft and my personal information
being secure, do you take steps to ensure my privacy while shopping
online?
A: We do not process credit card payments as a method of payment.

Q. What products are made by your company?

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: The State of Maryland requires us to collect sales tax for
all applicable sales. If you believe you are entitled to an exemption
from Maryland sales tax, please forward that information to our
office prior to purchasing. It is the Customer's responsibility
to ensure that we have the correct legal form on file before payment
is made. No cancellation of sales tax will be issued without correct
legal documentation is on file with us.
Q: Can I request a refund for a product I purchased?
A: To request a refund from the purchase of our products, please

Services FAQs
Q. How much will it cost me to hire your company?
A. This all depends on the services you desire. We are a legitimate
year round company with well trained, legal and fully insured
employees. We use a multiple, overhead, recovery system to disperse
and recover our overhead, labor and equipment costs, plus add
fair professional profit. To find out more, give us a call.
Q: Who are your clients?
A: Our Clients are Fortune 500 companies, state and local governments,
and many other types of nonprofit organizations.
Q: Can I get references from your clients about the services you
provided to them?
A: To honor our Non-Disclosure agreements with our clients, we
do not give out the names of our clients or the service work we
provided them. Instead, we forward your request to our clients
that are in your service industry. We leave it up to our clients
to provide you with feedback regarding the services we provided
them.
